NOVELTY - Ceramic coating composite powder composition comprises yttria-stabilized zirconia powder and graphene nanosheet. USE - Ceramic coating composite powder composition used for plasma spraying metal substrate surface, where metal substrate is stainless steel, pure titanium or titanium alloy substrate (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ceramic coating composite powder composition has better wear resistance than pure phase yttria-stabilized zirconia coating layer, reduces friction coefficient and average wear rate, increases the abrasion resistance of ceramic coating layer, and is suitable for large-scale production. The preparation of ceramic coating composite powder composition has simple operation, high efficiency and good repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of ceramic coating composite powder composition comprising mechanical mixing by ball milling machine, spray pyrolysis or sol-gel method, where mechanical mixing by ball milling machine comprises adding yttria-stabilized zirconia powder, graphene nanosheet and zirconia grinding ball in PTFE ball milling machine, ball milling, sieving and drying to obtain the product, where composite powder and zirconia grinding ball ratio is 1:1-3, preferably 1:2; and (2) ceramic coating obtained by plasma spraying the composite powder composition.
