▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus has several anti dots (10) in which a graphene film (1) is provided with the defect of a carbon atom is distributed. The density of the area (1a) where the anti dot occupies is large. The density of another area (1b) is set lower than the area (1a) where the anti dot occupies. The area is formed in the non-parallel direction with respect to the running direction of the strip shaped carrier. The graphene film is provided with an emitter region to which the emitter electrode is connected. The electrodes (2,3) are provided in the both ends of the graphene film. USE - Electronic apparatus such as graphene FET and horizontal type heterojunction bipolar transistor and resonance tunnel transistor. ADVANTAGE - The electronic apparatus is used reliably. The various electronics based on the carbon atom is achieved. The injection efficiency of the carrier is improved. The electronic apparatus is provided with the simple structure.
