NOVELTY - A graphene/iron oxide/polyaniline composite material is prepared by weighing 14-16 wt.% graphene, 0.5-0.7 wt.% surfactant, 70-72 wt.% iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate and 14-16 wt.% iron(III) chloride hexahydrate, taking iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate, dissolving in deionized water, taking graphene, adding 800 times with deionized water, adding surfactant and deionized water, ultrasonic dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate solution, ultrasonicating for 30 minutes, and pumping nitrogen. USE - Method for preparing graphene/iron oxide/polyaniline composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has improved magnetic conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/iron oxide/polyaniline composite material is prepared by weighing 14-16 wt.% graphene, 0.5-0.7 wt.% surfactant, 70-72 wt.% iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate and 14-16 wt.% iron(III) chloride hexahydrate, taking iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate, dissolving in deionized water, taking graphene, adding 800 times with deionized water, adding surfactant and deionized water, ultrasonic dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate solution, ultrasonicating for 30 minutes, pumping nitrogen, heating for 30 minutes, adding 0.02 g/mL sodium hydroxide, stirring, adjusting pH of value, pumping nitrogen, refluxing for 2 hours, filtering, washed, drying at 50 degrees C for 12 hours, obtaining graphene/iron oxide nanocomposite, taking aniline, dopant and deionized water, ultrasonic dispersing for 30 minutes, adding graphene/iron oxide nanocomposite, ultrasonicating for 15-20 minutes, ice bath stirring for 20 minutes, adding 24 wt.% sodium persulfate solution, ice bath reacting for 24 hours, filtering, washed with water and ethanol, and drying at 50 degrees C for 12 hours.
