NOVELTY - Preparation of molten salt-based composite phase-change heat storage large capsule comprises mixing molten salt with heat conducting filler, stirring and mixing with organic adhesive solution, and drying to obtain molten salt/heat conducting filler spherical core; stirring and mixing carbon material powder and organic adhesive solution, wrapping surface of spherical core, drying, isostatic pressing, heating to 300-500degrees Celsius, sintering under air or oxygen atmosphere, and removing organic adhesive in sphere to prepare carbon shell coated molten salt/heat conducting filler composite sphere; stirring and mixing ceramic powder and organic adhesive solution, covering surface of composite sphere, forming ceramic shell layer drying, isostatic pressing, heating to 300-500degrees Celsius under air or oxygen atmosphere, pre-sintering for 1-24 hours, removing organic adhesive in sphere, heating at 500-1500degrees Celsius for 1-48 hours under oxygen-free environment, and cooling to room temperature. USE - The method is for preparing molten salt-based composite phase change heat storage large capsule used for heat storage system for industrial waste heat recycling and solar heat storage field (claimed) in medium and high temperature field. ADVANTAGE - The capsule solves the problem that the molten salt is leaked after melting at high temperature, and improves the heat conducting performance of molten salt.
