NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene oxide/hyaluronic acid composite hydrogel comprises e.g. (i) dissolving p-nitrophenyl chloroformate in 10-20% (w/v) Pluronic (RTM: Polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene block copolymer) in dichloromethane, stirring and reacting for 24 hours under ice bath conditions, precipitating the reaction solution with n-hexane and filtering, vacuum drying the precipitate to obtain product Plu-NPC, dissolving the Plu-NPC in dimethylformamide at concentration of 10-20 wt.% (w/v), adding tyramine hydrochloride, stirring and reacting at room temperature for 24 hours to obtain transparent reaction solution, freeze-drying and lyophilizing to obtain light yellow-green tyramine-terminated Pluronic (RTM: Polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene block copolymer) copolymer (Plu-Tyr), and(ii) preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, dispersing different amounts of graphene oxide in the Plu-Tyr solution to obtain Plu-Tyr functionalized graphene oxide colloid. USE - The composite hydrogel is useful for near-infrared light triggered anticancer medicine controlled release (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product has near-infrared photothermal response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing functionalized graphene oxide/hyaluronic acid composite hydrogel comprises (i) dissolving p-nitrophenyl chloroformate in 10-20% (w/v) Pluronic (RTM: Polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene block copolymer) in dichloromethane, stirring and reacting for 24 hours under ice bath conditions, precipitating the reaction solution with n-hexane and filtering, vacuum drying the precipitate to obtain product Plu-NPC, dissolving the Plu-NPC in dimethylformamide at concentration of 10-20 wt.% (w/v), adding tyramine hydrochloride, stirring and reacting at room temperature for 24 hours to obtain transparent reaction solution, freeze-drying and lyophilizing to obtain light yellow-green tyramine-terminated Pluronic (RTM: Polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene block copolymer) copolymer (Plu-Tyr), (ii) preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, dispersing different amounts of graphene oxide in the Plu-Tyr solution obtained in the step (i) for 2 hours to obtain Plu-Tyr functionalized graphene oxide colloid (Plu-Tyr/GO) with different concentrations liquid, (iii) dissolving the hyaluronic acid (HA-Tyr) grafted with tyramine group in the Plu-Tyr/GO colloidal dispersion obtained in the step (ii), adding Horseradish peroxidase and hydrogen peroxide solution in sequence, quickly mixing, enzymatically cross-linking to obtain colorless transparent hydrogel, e.i. functionalized graphene oxide/hyaluronic acid composite hydrogel. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite hydrogels loaded with anticancer medicine using hyaluronic acid complex hydrogel and anticancer medicine, comprising dissolving the anticancer medicine in the Plu-Tyr/GO colloidal dispersion obtained in the step (ii), preparing the loading according to the preparation steps of the functionalized graphene oxide/hyaluronic acid composite hydrogel of anticancer medicine.
