▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A wear-resistant nitrile rubber/fluororubber composite material comprises 70-75 pts. wt. fluororubber, 25-30 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 55-65 pts. wt. modified kaolin, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-1.3 pts. wt. accelerator, and 6-7 pts. wt. modified graphene, which is prepared by mixing modified nano-molybdenum disulfide sheet, graphene and 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane solution, stirring at 50-60°C for 3-5 hours, and solid-liquid separating. USE - The wear-resistant nitrile rubber/fluororubber composite material is useful in household appliances, aerospace, aviation, automobile and petroleum industries. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent mechanical performance and wear resistance, and improved friction performance between interfaces, lubrication and heat conduction properties, and uses proper filler to cooperate with each other, thus increasing crosslinking density, and reducing heat generation of rubber under dynamic load. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material, which involves mixing fluororubber and nitrile rubber, then adding modified kaolin and modified graphene, adding vulcanizing agent and accelerator, uniformly mixing, and vulcanizing.
