NOVELTY - Processing of fabric with antistatic, anti-fading and temperature locking properties includes mechanically pre-shrinking lamp core strip fabric with width of 175-185 cm through pre-shrinking device at 95-105 degrees C, obtaining lamp core strip fabric with width of 135-145 cm, and drying by rolling barrel at 145-155 degrees C; performing 95-105 degrees C hot water desizing treatment to the lamp core strip fabric through a long vehicle; drying the lamp core strip material again after hot water desizing treatment through textile drying and shaping device at 165-175 degrees C, and obtaining lamp core strip fabric with width of 145-155 cm; cutting and brushing; dyeing the lamp core strip fabric at 130-140 degrees C, conducting Terylene (RTM: polyester) coloring treatment at 90-120 degrees C, and reduction cleaning treatment; and loosening and drying the lamp core strip fabric by a loose dryer at 145-155 degrees C and transmission speed of 25-35Y/M. USE - The method is for processing of fabric with antistatic, anti-fading and temperature locking properties.
