NOVELTY - Preparation method of photocatalytic nanomaterial-microorganism hybrid involves adding graphene oxide into a mixed solution comprising water-soluble divalent cadmium salt, thiourea and polyvinylpyrrolidone, performing a hydrothermal reaction, washing and vacuum-drying to obtain a cadmium monohalide (CdX)/reduced graphene oxide (RGO) material, culturing Shewanellaunder aerobic condition to obtain a bacterial liquid, dispersing the CdS/RGO material in anaerobic buffer solution to obtain buffer solution A, centrifuging the supernatant of the bacterial liquid, and dispersing precipitate cells obtained by centrifugation into buffer solution A, mixing and stirring the solution to obtain CdS/RGO/MR-1 material. USE - The method is useful for preparation of photocatalytic nanomaterial-microorganism hybrid which is used in preparation of hydrogen by solar energy (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method promotes light utilization efficiency and hydrogen production efficiency.
