Schiff base based on ferrocene alkynyl aniline, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene coated nano aluminum powder, 55-65 pts. wt. epoxy 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid or 2,4-diamino-6-diethylamino-1,3,5-triazine condensation polymer, 20-30 pts. wt. filler, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. phosphorus pentoxide, 4-8 pts. wt. 2,5-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. 1,4-naphthoquinone, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - Environmentally-friendly conductive powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly conductive powder coating has good overall performance, good conductivity, weather resistance and performance stability, high mechanical strength and coating film adhesion, and is safe and environmentally friendly in use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing environmentally-friendly conductive powder coating, which involves: (A) putting component in a high-speed mixer for 5-8 minutes to obtain mixed material; (B) placing to a twin-screw extruder for melting and extrusion; (C) compressing the obtained molten material by a tablet press to control thickness to 3-6 mm; (D) placing to the mill for pulverization and classification; (E) separating the products with a powder sieve; and (F) maturing the product for 3-4 days to obtain the environmentally-friendly conductive powder coating product.
