▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Light-emitting diode lamp radiating material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. nano carbon fiber, 3-9 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 2-8 pts. wt. polyamide, 4-12 pts. wt. iron oxide, 8-18 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 4-10 pts. wt. boron nitride, 2-4 pts. wt. lubrication wear-resisting agent, 10-15 pts. wt. hydantoin epoxy resin and 3-9 pts. wt. chlorophenyl silicone oil. USE - Used as light-emitting diode lamp radiating material. ADVANTAGE - The radiating material has simple preparation process, excellent heat dissipation, high temperature resistant performance, and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing light-emitting diode lamp radiating material comprising (i) mixing iron oxide, zinc oxide and boron nitride, grinding in grinding machine for 20 minutes to obtain mixture A, (ii) adding lubrication wear-resisting agent, hydantoin epoxy resin and chlorophenyl silicone oil into mixture A, mixing in stirred tank, stirring at speed of 100 revolution/minute for 10 minutes, adding graphene, nano carbon fiber, nano-titanium dioxide and polyamide, stirring for 20 minutes, and allowing to stand for 5 minutes to obtain mixture B, and (iii) placing mixture B at room temperature for 10 hours to obtain light-emitting diode lamp radiating material.
