NOVELTY - Preparing graphene thermal film comprises dipping, scraping, spin coating, spraying, casting and carrying out electrophoresis deposition of composite nano-material dispersion containing graphene oxide quantum dots and graphene, coating on surface of substrate, drying and then subjecting to calendaring to obtain substrate having thermally conductive layer i.e. graphene thermal film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene thermal film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene thermal film has thin thickness of thermally conductive layer, controllable dimensional and high thermal conductivity, and is suitable for clean production and industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene thermal film comprising substrate and thermally conductive layer on the surface of substrate, where thermally conductive layer is obtained by mixing composite nano-material dispersion containing graphene oxide quantum dot and graphene, impregnating, coating, spin coating, spraying, casting and performing electrophoretic deposition, coating on substrate, drying, subjecting to calendaring to form substrate surface.
