NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene modified electrode-based myoglobin electrochemical biosensor preparing method involves utilizing ionic liquid electrode as substrate electrode, modifying three-dimensional graphene on the surface of the ionic liquid electrode to construct a three-dimensional graphene/ionic liquid electrode electrochemical sensing interface, and assembling myoglobin on the interface to realize rapid and sensitive electrochemical biosensing detection of trichloroacetic acid. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene modified electrode-based myoglobin electrochemical biosensor for detecting trichloroacetic acid. ADVANTAGE - The method for enables preparing three-dimensional graphene modified electrode-based myoglobin electrochemical biosensor with better biocompatibility, high sensitivity, fast detection rate, and better electro-catalytic reduction trichloroacetic acid performance, in simple, eco-friendly and cost effective manner.
