▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The detector has a side-plating optical fiber comprises fiber core (6) and cladding. The cladding is fixed on a glass substrate (8). The fiber core is wrapped in the cladding and partially exposed out of a baffle. The exposed portion is upward and it is a plane. The polymethyl methacrylate film (5) is covered on the plane exposed by the fiber core. A molybdenum disulfide film (4), a graphene film (2) and an inter-digital electrode (1) are adhered and covered above the polymethyl methacrylate film. The inter-digital electrode comprises an interconnected inter-digital part (110) and a non-inter-digital part (120). USE - Polarizing function featured optical fiber integrated photoelectric detector for an optical fiber gyro system, a polarization-maintaining optical fiber amplifier and an optical fiber communication system. ADVANTAGE - The optical fiber integrated photoelectric detector can realize the polarization, detection and transmission of the optical signal at the same time. It can realize broadband detection and polarization in the near infrared wave band, and the polarizing characteristics of the device can be adjusted. The side polishing optical fiber integration breaks the limit of weak light absorption caused by atomic layer thickness of two-dimensional material, and graphene/molybdenum disulfide heterojunction effectively enhances the light absorption, greatly enhancing the sensitivity of the photodetector. The manufacturing process of the coating material on the optical fiber is simpler than other methods. The finished product rate is high and the cost is low.
