NOVELTY - Preparing plastic comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in a mixed solution and ultrasonically stirring, where the mixed solution comprises dispersant, surfactant, stabilizing agent, accelerant and base solvent; and (ii) mixing the mixed solution containing graphene oxide and polyethylene in a mixture, uniformly stirring using stirrer, and volatilizing in the solvent mixture, then adding diethylenetriamine and 1,14-alkane diol and extruding using extruder. USE - The method is useful for preparing plastic. ADVANTAGE - The plastic improves the barrier properties of the plastic film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing plastic comprises (i) dispersing 25-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide in a mixed solution and ultrasonically stirring, where the mixed solution comprises dispersant, surfactant, stabilizing agent, accelerant and base solvent, where the dispersant comprises 120-150 pts. wt. propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, 20-25 pts. wt. methoxypropyl acetate, 4-5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 30-35 pts. wt. 3,4,5-trihydroxy propyl benzoate, 5-8 pts. wt. pyrocarbonic acid diethyl ester; the surfactant comprises 10-15 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 5-10 pts. wt. polysorbate, 2-3 pts. wt. amino polyether organic silicone; the stabilizing agent comprises 12-15 pts. wt. dihydropyridine and 5-8 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate; the accelerant comprises 5-10 pts. wt. acid, 2-5 pts. wt. resorcinol and 1-2 pts. wt. 3,3-dicarboxyl diphenyl disulfide and the base solvent includes 1000-1500 pts. wt. isopropyl alcohol; and (ii) mixing the mixed solution containing graphene oxide and polyethylene in a mixture, uniformly stirring using stirrer, and volatilizing in the solvent mixture, then adding 40-50 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine and 10-12 pts. wt. 1,14-alkane diol and extruding using extruder.
