NOVELTY - Use of metal-polyphenol network is claimed for preparing material for promoting bone tissue repair, where polyphenol in metal and polyphenolic network is selected from protocatechuic aldehyde, proanthocyanidins, tannic acid or epigallocatechin gallate; and metal ion in metal polyphenols network is zinc (Zn (II)) ion, magnesium ion or copper ion. USE - Metal-polyphenol network used for preparing material for promoting bone tissue repair, where material is used for treating or repairing bone defect, preferably eliminating oxidative stress, inhibiting inflammation, modulating immune microenvironment, promoting osteoblast regeneration and promoting mineralization; and bone repair material used for preparation of bone film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal-polyphenol network enables to prepare bone repairing material, which has good hydrophilicity, mechanical property and biological compatibility, and effectively reduces oxidative stress, has bone inductivity and immune regulation function, and effectively promote regeneration of bone defect, promotes bone defect regeneration repair.
