▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modulator has first and second micro-nano waveguide parts i.e. metal waveguide part that are connected with a silicon base substrate. A single graphene layer is formed between the first and second micro-nano waveguide parts that are connected with first and second electrodes. The first single graphene layer is formed on an aluminum oxide medium layer. The electrodes are fixed with the single graphene layer through metal waveguide connection. An oxidation silicon layer is formed on the silicon base substrate. Diameter of the metal waveguide is measured for about 50 to 300nm. USE - Plasma graphite alkene surface based electric laser power absorbing light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator is reasonable in structural design, and increases response speed rate.
