▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyamide 6/graphene quantum dots (PA6-GQD) masterbatch involves dissolving 0.1-1 pts. wt. GQD and 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant in 98-99.8 pts. wt. deionized water and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a uniformly dispersed aqueous solution of GQD. The obtained aqueous solution of GQD is subjected to vacuum filtration and vacuum drying to obtain GQD containing dispersant. The PA6-GQD mixture is prepared by mixing 84-99 pts. wt. caprolactam, 0.5-15 pts. wt. GQD and 0.5-1 pts. wt. initiator with stirring and ultrasonically dispersing. The PA6-GQD masterbatch is obtained by pre-polymerizing, polymerizing, granulating, washing, and vacuum drying of the mixed liquid of PA6-GQD mixture. USE - Method for preparing polyamide 6/graphene quantum dots (PA6-GQD) masterbatch used in tire cord, industrial cloth, clothing, fishing nets, national defense and military industry. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, eco friendly and cost effective. The PA6-GQD fiber has excellent mechanical properties like high-strength and high-modulus with a tensile strength of 0.72-1.05 giga Pascals and an initial modulus of 8-11 giga Pascals.
