NOVELTY - A graphene-based pulmonary guard fabric comprises polyester fiber fabric(s) and graphene functional layer attached to surface of the fabric. The graphene functional layer contains graphene as base material to surface modify pulmonary surfactant. USE - Graphene-based pulmonary guard fabric. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based pulmonary guard fabric has excellent dust removal effect, adhesiveness and washability. The graphene-based pulmonary guard fabric electrostatically adsorbs particulate material by graphene and the adhesion effect of pulmonary surfactant on the particulate material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based pulmonary guard fabric, which involves soaking graphene in concentrated sodium hydroxide solution, washing, drying, dispersing 5 mg soaked graphene in 50 ml alkaline organic solvent, adding 10 ml tosyl chloride, reacting in nitrogen atmosphere, obtaining graphene intermediate, dissolving pulmonary surfactant in 0.1 mol/L alkaline aqueous solution, adding the graphene intermediate in mass ratio of surfactant and graphene intermediate of (0.1-1):1, reacting at 80-120 degrees C for 15-150 minute, dispersing resultant product in mixed solvent of two solvents having same volume ratio and different boiling points to form a suspension solution, in which a solvent has a boiling point of 80 degrees C or less, and boiling point of another solvent is 120 degrees C or more, adding hydrophobic resin(s) to the suspension solution, coating or printing obtained graphene resin solution on surface of polyester fiber layer, removing the mixed solvent, forming graphene functional layer attached to the surface of the fabric, and then tightly bonding with another polyester fiber layer. The mass ratio of resin and graphene is (1-10):1. The hydrophobic resin is polyurethane, polymethyl methacrylate and/or polyethylene terephthalate.
