▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A preparation method of environmentally friendly coating containing graphene oxide, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide and KH550(RTM: Silane coupling agent) in deionized water, where the hydroxyl formed by hydrolysis of KH550(RTM: Silane coupling agent) is connected with hydroxyl and carboxyl of graphene oxide, cleaning and drying to obtain amino group with a chain structure grafted on the surface, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide grafted with amino group in epoxy resin, (iii) adding the graphene oxide and epoxy resin to deionized water, dissolving with emulsifying agent and stirring at a high speed to form a crosslinking agent emulsion, (iv) adjusting the crosslinking agent emulsion to be alkaline and (v) before spraying, adding carboxyl acrylate to the crosslinking agent emulsion and stirring at a high speed to obtain a coating emulsion, where the environment-friendly coating comprises a carboxyl acrylate-epoxy resin emulsion system. USE - The method is used for preparing coating emulsion, which is used as outdoor coating. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method uses graphene oxide to provide sheet-like planes connected with an acrylate molecular chains, forms the internal body crosslinking in a space range and improves the compactness of film formation. The coating emulsion has both viscosity and mechanical properties after film formation and is environmentally-friendly.
