NOVELTY - An infrared radiation device comprises infrared radiation structure (2) containing 0.2-10 %mass nanocarbon material in a finely dispersed state in ceramics with respect to entire infrared radiation structure dispersed without aggregated by the nanocarbon materials inside the infrared radiation structure. The infrared radiation structure has an infrared ray radiation rate at a wave number of 400-6000 cm-1and 25° C by Japan fine ceramics center (JFCC) method of 30% or more. The device irradiates skin of a person with infrared ray radiated from the infrared radiation structure and exerts a beneficial effect on a human skin. USE - Infrared radiation device used for cosmetics e.g. facial beauty for human skin (claimed) and treating back acne caused by Malassezia bacteria, facial acne caused by Propionibacterium acne, Athlete's foot caused by dermatophyte, ringworm, and treating male and female candidiasis caused by Candida.
