NOVELTY - An environment-friendly graphene-containing cutting fluid contains 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (silane coupling agent KH 550), 3-4 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 4-5 pts. wt. di-n-butyl phosphate, 10-12 pts. wt. waste oil, 13-15 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 2-3 pts. wt. zirconium fluoride, 3-4 pts. wt. ricinoleic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. octylphenol ethoxylate, 1-2 pts. wt. butyl naphthalene sulfonate, 6-8 pts. wt. additive, and 200 pts. wt. deionized water in which additive contains 2-3 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate. USE - An environment-friendly graphene-containing cutting fluid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Environment-friendly graphene-containing cutting fluid has enhanced abrasion resistance, improved lubricating properties, and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An environment-friendly graphene-containing cutting fluid contains 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (silane coupling agent KH 550), 3-4 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 4-5 pts. wt. di-n-butyl phosphate, 10-12 pts. wt. waste oil, 13-15 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 2-3 pts. wt. zirconium fluoride, 3-4 pts. wt. ricinoleic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. octylphenol ethoxylate, 1-2 pts. wt. butyl naphthalene sulfonate, 6-8 pts. wt. additive, and 200 pts. wt. deionized water in which additive contains 2-3 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 2-3 pts. wt. boric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. morpholine, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 1-2 pts. wt. 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (silane coupling agent KH 560), 3-4 pts. wt. peach gum, 1-2 pts. wt. potassium persulfate, and 20-24 pts. wt. water and additive is obtained by dissolving potassium persulfate in water, adding remaining components, stirring for 10-15 minutes, heating at 70-80 degrees C, and stirring for 1-2 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of environment-friendly graphene-containing cutting fluid which involves mixing water, butyl naphthalene sulfonate, and octylphenol ethoxylate, heating at 40-50 degrees C, stirring at 3000-4000 rpm, adding with silane coupling agent KH 550, vinyl acetate, di-n-butyl phosphate, waste oil, propylene glycol, ricinoleic acid, and additive, continuously heating at 70-80 degrees C, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding remaining components, and continuously stirring for 15-25 minutes.
