NOVELTY - Magnetic nanoparticle-graphene oxide nano-composite material, is claimed. The composite material is based on porous graphene oxide zwitterionic hydrophilic beads, and the zwitterionic hydrophilic beads are prepared by ice template method and freeze-drying process. USE - The magnetic nanoparticle-graphene oxide nano-composite material is useful for enrichment and identification of N-linked glycopeptide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has open-cell structure, honeycomb channel, excellent hydrophilicity, high detection sensitivity, enrichment selectivity, binding ability, recovery rate and repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing magnetic nanoparticle-graphene oxide nano-composite material, comprising mixing graphene oxide aqueous slurry, branched polyethyleneimine aqueous solution and polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether uniformly, rapid cooling the mixed slurry, and lyophilizing to obtain porous graphene oxide-polyethylenimine beads, heating the porous graphene oxide-polyethylenimine beads, mixing and stirring the heat-treated porous graphene oxide-polyethylenimine beads with tetrachloroauric acid trihydrate to obtain porous graphene oxide-polyethylenimine/gold product, washing with water, taking porous graphene oxide-polyethylenimine/gold product, and dispersing in aqueous solution of glutathione in a mass ratio of 1:3-7, stirring at 50-55 degrees C, and discharging to obtain final product.
