NOVELTY - A hybrid graphene transparent electrode comprises graphene film coated on metal nanowire transparent electrode. USE - Hybrid graphene transparent electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hybrid graphene transparent electrode has excellent transparency and conductivity. The degradation of the hybrid graphene transparent electrode due to oxidation of the metal nanowire is prevented. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of hybrid graphene transparent electrode, which involves forming metal nanowire transparent electrode on transparent film using metal nanowire dispersion, preparing graphene film using chemical vapor deposited-metal foil,, bonding the graphene film and metal nanowire transparent electrode, heat treating, and removing the metal foil using the etching solution.
