NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene by liquid phase separation comprises expanding graphite raw material; dispersing expanded graphite in surfactant aqueous solution, ultrasonically processing, centrifuging, and drying; and adding dried graphite to organic solvent, mixture of organic solvent and surfactant, or mixture of organic solvent and substance with similar surface energy as graphite, ultrasonically processing, filtering, and drying, in which ultrasonic processing, filtering and drying are repeated 1-10 times. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method shortens ultrasonic processing time, increases stripping efficiency, and produces high-quality graphene under low ultrasonic powder.
