NOVELTY - A heat dissipation sheet comprises a layer (L1) comprising thermally conductive particles and a layer-forming material, a layer (L2) comprising an adhesive layer comprising thermally conductive particles and an adhesive, a substrate positioned between the layers, and a plastic film laminated to the layer (L1). USE - Sheet used as material for heat dissipation device such as fan, fins, and heat pipe. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation sheet has excellent vertical and horizontal heat transfer and heat diffusion performance, adhesiveness, and reworkability.
