NOVELTY - Epoxy powder coating comprises 70-85 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-12 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-4 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-25 pts. wt. neoprene, 5-15 pts. wt. polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber, 7-15 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. pigments, and 1-4 pts. wt. low-temperature resistant fillers. USE - The coating is useful for seawater. ADVANTAGE - The coating is not being prone to cracks even under the impact of seawater and the low temperature effect of seawater. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating involving (a) heating chloroprene rubber at 140 degrees C, spraying on a surface of the polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber and spraying graphene and low-temperature resistant filler to obtain a premix, (b) stirring and mixing the epoxy resin, leveling agent, defoamer, pigment and the premix to obtain mixture (I), and (c) melting and extruding the mixture at 180-210 degrees C, cooling and shaping, coarsely grinding, finely grinding and sieving to obtain the product.
