NOVELTY - Silica-based ultra-black aerogel comprises a three-dimensional porous network structure formed by mutually connecting nano-light-absorbing particles and silicon oxide nano-particles. The particle diameter of the silicon oxide nanoparticles is 2-10 nm, and the particle size of the nano light absorbing particles is 2 to 100 nm. The silicon dioxide nanoparticles include silicon dioxide and/or polymethyl semi-siloxane. The composition of nano light absorption particles includes nano carbon black, carbon nanotubes, graphene, nano metal gold and/or nano metal silver. USE - The silicon oxide-based ultra-black aerogel used in thermal insulation, photo-thermal water evaporation, photothermal energy conversion, thermoelectric conversion, photo-catalysis or optical instrument field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicon oxide-based ultra-black aerogel has high light absorption rate, low reflectivity, simple preparation technique, mild reaction condition, heat insulation, photo-thermal water evaporation, photothermal energy conversion, thermoelectric conversion, photocatalysis, optical instrument and other fields with great application prospect.
