The graphene tube has 1-200 preferably 1-50 graphene layer, diameter of 0.05-2000 mu m, preferably 0.1-50 mu m, and length of 1 mu m-100 cm, preferably 10 mu m-10 cm. USE - High electrical and thermal conductivity flexible three-dimensional graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene material is flexible, and has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and relatively small contact resistance and thermal resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene material comprising growing graphene on three-dimensional ceramic substrate as template through chemical vapor deposition to obtain three-dimensional ceramic/graphene composite material, etching with etching solution, taking out, and drying.
