NOVELTY - A chemical-resistant flexible composite comprises particles, and a polymer comprising fluorine, where the polymer is an elastomer, and is configured to confine the particles within a structure formed by the polymer, and particles form an elastic polymer-particle composite. USE - Chemical-resistant flexible composite used in electrochemical and/or electronic device e.g. fuel cell, supercapacitor, electrochromic cell, electrochemical sensor, circuit interconnector, transistor, battery, solar cell, and touch screen (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chemical-resistant elastomer binders and flexible, printed, high-performance electrochemical systems based on the binders are achieved.
