▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polyurethane sponge material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. DALTOPED FF 11834 (Polyether polyol), 40-60 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol (PPG), 0-20 pts. wt. polymer polyol (POP), 1.2-2.4 pts. wt. catalyst A33 (solution of triethylene diamine in propylene glycol), 10-15 pts. wt. additives, 1-2 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-10 pts. wt. modified low temperature resistant agent, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive enhancer and 40-65 pts. wt. methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). USE - Used as polyurethane sponge material. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane sponge has antistatic, low temperature resistant and slow resilience properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyurethane sponge material, comprising (i) adding DALTOPED FF 11834 (Polyether polyol), polypropylene glycol, and polymer polyol into the container, adding catalyst A33, additives, deionized water, modified low temperature resistant agent and conductive reinforcing agent, stirring for 30-60 seconds, and recording as component A, and (2) pouring MDI into container with component A, stirring for 6-8 seconds at rotating speed of 2500-3000 revolutions/minute, when the system turns white, pouring the system into the mold, controlling the mold temperature at 25plus minus0.5degrees Celsius for 24-72 hours, and cutting the product.
