▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In-situ chemical reinforced wear-resistant polyamide 66/glass fibercomposite material comprises 25-40 pts. wt. polyamide 66 oligomer-silane coupling agent-glass fiber composition, 60-80 pts. wt. polyamide 66 resin, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. lubricant, and 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the polyamide 66 oligomer-silane coupling agent-glass fiber composition is the reaction product of polyamide 66 oligomer, silane coupling agent and glass fiber. USE - The In-situ chemical reinforced wear-resistant polyamide 66/glass fibercomposite material is useful in vehicle, electric track industry and high-speed rail. ADVANTAGE - The material: has good mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing in-situ chemical reinforced wear-resistant polyamide 66/glass fibercomposite material comprising (1) drying polyamide 66 resin, (2) providing materials, (3) placing raw materials into mixer and mixing, and (4) placing mixed material into a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion, and adding polyamide 66 oligomer-silane coupling agent-glass fiber composition by side feeding, extruding at 230-280℃ to obtain product.
