▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A rolled copper foil has a detection strength ratio of 3.5 or more. The detection strength ratio is the ratio of maximum value of detection strength (IB) with respect to maximum value of detection strength (IA) in a positive pole (110). The maximum value of detection strength (IB) is 30 degrees and 180 plus minus 3 degrees , at ( alpha ) and ( beta )-positions of the positive pole (110), respectively. The maximum value of detection strength (IA) is 30 degrees and 75 plus minus 3 degrees , at ( alpha ) and ( beta )-positions of the positive pole (110), respectively. USE - Rolled copper foil is used for manufacture of graphene (claimed) used for formation of graphene sheet. Uses include but are not limited to transparent electrode, conductive thin film of display element, separator of fuel cell, mercury-free fluorescent lamp, and composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The rolled copper foil enables the manufacture of graphene having excellent electrical, optical and mechanical characteristics, by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene, which involves arranging the heated-rolled copper foils in the interior of a predetermined chamber, supplying hydrogen gas and carbon-containing gas into the chamber, carrying out graphene formation process by forming the graphene in the surface of a copper plating layer of the rolled copper foil, and performing graphene transferring process by etching-away the rolled copper foil, laminating a transfer sheet on the surface of the graphene, and transferring the graphene on the transfer sheet.
