NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant cement brick comprises 30-40 pts. wt. cement, 10-18 pts. wt. pearl stone, 12-22 pts. wt. dickite, 18-22 pts. wt. halloysite, 15-25 pts. wt. modified pure acrylic emulsion, 8-14 pts. wt. graphene, 4-10 pts. wt. alumina, 2-8 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 6-12 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-5 pts. wt. thickening agent and 1-5 pts. wt. additive. USE - Used as corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant cement brick. ADVANTAGE - The cement brick has excellent mechanical strength, and meets the demand of social changes continuously. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant cement brick, comprising (i) taking all the raw materials; (ii) mixing pearl stone, dickite and halloysite to obtain mixed ore, adding 8% hydrochloric acid solution, heating to 50-60 degrees C in a water bath for 30-50 minutes, cooling, washing to neutral with distilled water, adding 8% sodium hydroxide solution, heating to 50-60 degrees C in a water bath for 20-28 minutes, cooling, washing to neutral with distilled water, calcining in a calciner at 550-700 degrees C for 60-70 minutes, taking out, cooling, adding into a grinder, adding a silane coupling agent into the grinder, grinding at 1800-2200 revolutions/minutes for 18-24 minutes, taking out, drying, and sieving through 80-160 mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder; (iii) uniformly mixing the mixed powder and the cement in the step (ii) with graphene, alumina, antimony trioxide, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and water, stirring, adding modified pure acrylic emulsion, thickening agent and additive, and stirring for 20-38 minutes to obtain cement slurry; (iv) pouring the cement slurry into the mold, and grouting by vacuum pressure at 14-20 Mpa to obtain the brick blank; and (v) drying and curing the brick blank naturally for 3-6 days under dry room temperature.
