NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene by physical vapor deposition at low temperature comprises depositing atomic particle metal film on substrate, performing vacuum magnetron sputtering deposition using high-purity solid graphite as target in metal film surface to embed carbon atoms, and subjecting to vacuum heat treatment to crystallize carbon from surface of metal film forming graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene by physical vapor deposition at low temperature used for preparing battery. ADVANTAGE - The product improves multiplying power performance of lithium battery and cycle life, and has low cost and simple operation.
