NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 2-200 pts. wt. cyanuric chloride-modified graphene, 1000 pts. wt. nitrocellulose, and 1-50 pts. wt. Lewis acid. USE - Composite material for leather finishing agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cyanuric chloride-modified graphene has good hydrophobicity, and Lewis acid acts as a crosslinking agent, which can crosslink the free active functional groups on the long chain of nitrocellulose to form a denser crosslinked structure. The cyanuric chloride modified graphene/nitrocellulose composite material has better dispersion properties, and the particle size distribution coefficient is less than or equal to 0.5. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing waterproof cyanuric chloride modified graphene/nitrocellulose composite material, which involves mixing and reacting cyanuric chloride modified graphene, nitrocellulose and Lewis acid at 80-110 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours; and (2) an application of composite material, which is used for leather finishing agent.
