▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Foam extrusion molding of polymer cornerstone ink by series of explosion and blending comprises (i) soaking the expanded graphite in deionized water and fully stirring to obtain water-carrying expanded graphite, (ii) pre-mixing polymer matrix and water-carrying expandable graphite, then feeding into the mixing equipment based on volume pulsation deformation plasticization transportation technology for melting and blending, taking mixture of polymer matrix and water-carrying expanded graphite undergoes a series of explosion effects caused by periodic volume compression-release synergistic steam explosion in the mixing equipment, exfoliating expanded graphite in situ into graphene nanosheets and uniformly dispersing in the polymer matrix, and(iii) uniformly dispersing the graphene nanosheets and free water in the polymer-based graphene composite melt and distributing, using mixing equipment, then continuously extruding the polymer-based graphene composite melt from the extrusion die. USE - The method is useful for foam extrusion molding of polymer cornerstone ink by series of explosion and blending. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes continuously high-efficiency molding of polymer-based graphene foam; is environmentally friendly and economical.
