▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing structurally stable mesophase pitch-based graphite fiber involves using amphiphilic organic small molecules to modify the surface of graphene oxide, and then using tea polyphenols to treat the modified graphene to obtain functionalized graphene, premixing the functionalized graphene with mesophase pitch to obtain a mixture, heating the mixture to a molten state, and using high-speed shear to disperse to obtain functionalized graphene modified mesophase pitch, melt spinning the functionalized graphene-modified mesophase pitch to obtain raw graphene/mesophase pitch fiber.The raw silk is pre-oxidized, carbonized, and graphitized to obtain graphene-reinforced mesophase pitch-based graphite fibers. USE - Method for preparing structurally stable mesophase pitch-based graphite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare structurally stable mesophase pitch-based graphite fiber, which effectively prevents the occurrence of wedge splitting, the graphite fiber maintains high mechanical properties, and has high thermal conductivity.
