NOVELTY - Self-limiting temperature-resistant electric heating film comprises 35-40 wt.% high-density polyethylene terephthalate (HDPE), 12-18 wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), 10-30 wt.% conductive filler, 5-10 wt.% antioxidant, 1-5 wt.% nano-zinc oxide, 0.01-0.1 wt.% polypropylene wax, and balance of poly(propylene). The conductive fillers include carbon black with graphene or carbon nanotubes. USE - The heating film is used for electronic appliance, military, automobile power battery, heating device and heating device. ADVANTAGE - The self-limiting temperature electric heating film has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, radiation resistance, flame retardant and thermal stability.
