NOVELTY - Rapid charge and discharge graphite cathode material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. graphite, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. asphalt powder, 1-5 pts. wt. allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 2-8 pts. wt. N-allylimidazole, 1-3 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 1-3 pts. wt. initiator, 2-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 3-6 pts. wt. conductive agent and 2-4 pts. wt. binder. USE - Used as rapid charge and discharge graphite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material can make lithium ions move quickly in the electrode; reduces the internal resistance of electrode and enhances charging and discharging efficiency; utilizes cheap and low cost raw materials, and saves production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rapid charge and discharge graphite cathode material comprising (i) weighing each raw material to 1-5 pts. wt., (ii) placing graphite and graphene into ball mill for ball milling to obtain mixed powder of graphite and graphene, (iii) uniformly mixing mixed powder of graphite and graphene in step (ii) with asphalt powder, orderly adding allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, N-allyl imidazole, hydrogen peroxide, initiator, binder and catalyst, then mixing and grinding for 2-4h to obtain the grinding powder, (iv) tableting the grinding powder by a tablet machine, placing the obtained tablet into a high temperature furnace for calcining to obtain the calcined film, and (v) coating conductive agent on the positive and negative surfaces of the calcining membrane, and then placing in the oven to dry to obtain graphite cathode material.
