NOVELTY - Preparing high heat conduction composite material, comprises (i) mixing uniformly 90-99.9 wt.% solid epoxy resin and 0.1-10 wt.% graphene, then transferring into a mold, and carrying out cold pressure molding to obtain molded material, and (ii) heating and solidifying the molded material to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high heat conduction composite material.
