NOVELTY - Clay particle material includes 65-75 pts. wt. of silica, 4-8 pts. wt. of alumina, 3-6 pts. wt. of ferric oxide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. of calcium oxide, 0.9-2.1 pts. wt. of magnesium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. of boron nitride, 1 -2 pts. wt. of titanium oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. zirconia, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. medical stone natural ore, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. black quartz stone and 1-2 pts. wt. active catalyst. The active catalysts are rare earth oxides or metal oxides, and are respectively made into ultrafine powders. USE - Clay particle material for generating terahertz waves. ADVANTAGE - The clay particle material is prepared by using low sintering temperature to improve the activity of each ingredient of the clay particles, which greatly improves the transmission capability of the terahertz wave band. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a clay particle material, which involves: (A) mixing silica, alumina, ferric oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, boron nitride, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, medical stone natural ore, graphene, black quartzite, and ultrafine powder of active catalyst, and adding to the aqueous solution of organic matter; (B) adding a low aluminum content Xiaohengshan silty clay mixture to the product and mixing uniformly; (C) subjecting the mixture to dehydration treatment; and (D) drying and calcining the dehydrated product at a high temperature and constant temperature to obtain the desired clay particles.
