▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-based laminate (1) comprises a substrate (2), a graphene layer (3) consisting of graphene formed directly on substrate and an inorganic layer (4) comprising a fluorine-containing lithium compound is formed directly on the graphene layer. The substrate and the inorganic layer are not in contact with each other. USE - Graphene-based laminate is used in organic light emitting device and transistors (all claimed). Can also be used in touch sensor, semiconductor electrode/device, electromagnetic wave shield device, sealing component, and in field-effect transistor (FET). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based laminate has improved electron doping stability, improved electron mobility, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) organic light emitting device; and (2) transistor.
