▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing an oxidized graphene in water that is added with graphene dispersion liquid. A glassy carbon electrode is polished by using a metallographic and located into a smooth mirror surface. A 0.5 micron alumina polishing powder is added with the glassy carbon electrode for polishing. A clean surface of the glass carbon electrode is obtained in electrochemical activate process. The glass carbon electrode is provided with a work electrode, silver/silver chloride electrode and a molybdenum electrode. A surface-mercapto silane film is coated on the glass carbon electrode. USE - Graphene decorative glassy carbon electrode preparation method for a dopamine (claimed) i.e. high sensitivity electrochemical biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables achieving high sensitivity, quick response and better reproduction quality of the glassy carbon electrode and effectively removing ascorbic acid and uric acid from the dopamine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a dopamine.
