NOVELTY - Two-dimensional nano-graphene oil-resistant electrostatic conductive paint comprises 30-40 wt.% epoxy resin, 5-8 wt.% xylene, 1-3 wt.% isobutanol, 0.3-1 wt.% polyamide wax, 22.3-27.5 wt.% color filler, 10-40 wt.% mica powder, 0.1-0.5 wt.% silicone polymer, 10-30 wt.% two-dimensional nano-graphene, and 5-10 wt.% curing agent. USE - Two-dimensional nano-graphene oil-resistant electrostatic conductive paint. ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional nano-graphene oil-resistant electrostatic conductive paint has better corrosion resistance and shielding performance, storage resistance, and uniformly dispersed transactions in the production process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing two-dimensional nano-graphene oil-resistant electrostatic conductive paint, which involves: (A) putting designed amount of epoxy resin, xylene, isobutanol, and polyamide wax into reaction kettle in sequence with stirring for 0.2-0.3 hours; (B) putting designed amount of pigments and fillers, mica powder, silicone polymer, and two-dimensional nano-graphene into the mixed solution at 55-60 degrees C for 15 minutes; and (C) putting the designed amount of curing agent into the prepared mixed liquid for 5-10 minutes to obtain the two-dimensional nano-graphene oil-resistant electrostatic conductive paint.
