▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carbon-based bimetallic single-atom electrocatalyst comprises iron and manganese bimetals as active components. The iron and manganese bimetals are respectively dispersed on the surface of the carbon matrix in the form of single atoms. USE - Carbon-based bimetallic single-atom electrocatalyst used in electrocatalytic oxygen reduction of acidic electrolyte (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrocatalyst can improve the metal atom utilization rate of the material and realize efficient oxygen reduction. The subsequent addition of a certain content of magnesium oxide nanoparticles can effectively inhibit metal agglomeration during the high temperature process, and acid treatment is performed to remove magnesium oxide to obtain atom-dispersed bimetallic electrocatalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the carbon-based bimetallic single-atom electrocatalyst, which involves (1) adding carbon black to concentrated nitric acid solution, reacting to obtain surface-functionalized carbon black, (2) using surface-functionalized carbon black as a carrier, dispersing in a solvent, adding iron and manganese bimetallic precursor salts and organic ligands, adding add nano-sized magnesium oxide particles, drying, pyrolyzing, and acid-treating.
