NOVELTY - Highly loaded ruthenium-manganese oxide/graphene denitration catalyst comprises the morphology of the ruthenium-manganese oxide/graphene is a flake morphology, the pore size of the catalyst is concentrated in 20-30 nm and 200-700 nm, the loading amount of ruthenium is 10-15 wt.%, the particle size of 1-2 nm, the denitration catalytic activity of the catalyst at 75-100 degrees C is 80.3% or more, and the catalytic activity of denitration at 100-200 degrees C is 90% or more. USE - As highly loaded ruthenium-manganese oxide/graphene denitration catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has extremely high conversion rate and selectivity, and has excellent sulfur dioxide/water resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the highly loaded ruthenium-manganese oxide/graphene denitration catalyst, comprising pretreating graphene comprising placing 2-3 g graphene in a 100 ml flask, adding 98 wt.% sulfuric acid and 65-67 wt.% nitric acid, ultrasonically shaking for 20-30 minutes under stirring, performing oil bath heating and reflux treatment at 130-140 degrees C for 3-4 hours, filtering and washing with deionized water, and air-drying the filtered material at 60-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain a graphene substrate treated with mixed acid oxidation, (b) preparing manganese oxide/graphene material hydrothermally comprising placing the graphene substrate in a 0.2-0.5 M manganese nitrate hexahydrate aqueous solution, and adding 0.5-1 g urotropine dropwise, stirring for 3-5 minutes, and placing in a hydrothermal reactor in the medium, where hydrothermal reaction is carried out at 95-100 degrees C for 9-10 hours, naturally cooling, washing with deionized water, filtering, air drying, and roasting, and (c) soaking the manganese nitrate hexahydrate/graphene material in 0.22-0.57 M ethanol solution of ruthenium nitrosyl nitrate for 2-5 hours, vacuum-condensing and drying, roasting, washing and drying.
