▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing high-strength foamed aluminum alloy casting comprises (i) degreasing and sensitizing graphene, placing it into electroless nickel plating solution and carrying out electroless nickel plating to obtain electroless nickel-plated graphene nanosheet, (ii) heating and melting pure aluminum and aluminum-20 silicon in melting furnace, aluminum melt continues to insulate and stirring for 30-40 minutes at 750-780℃, (iii) cooling aluminum melt to 700-710℃, adding tackifier, stirring, adding electroless nickel-plated graphene nano sheet and foaming agent, stirring, water cooling obtains foamed aluminum alloy billet, and (iv) machining foamed aluminum alloy blank, performing solution treatment at 560-573℃ for 12-15 hours, and cooling with furnace to obtain high-strength foamed aluminum alloy, where the mass proportion of silicon in high-strength foamed aluminum alloy is 8.5-10.5%, and the mass proportion of graphene is 0.3-0.5%. USE - The method is useful for processing high-strength foamed aluminum alloy casting. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to cast high strength foam aluminum alloy that has excellent strength and porosity, and reduces the damage of shrinkage stress to the hole structure caused by chilling, and damage of the hole wall.
