NOVELTY - Preparing porous graphene, comprises (i) inoculating the spore suspension of white rot fungi into a seed culture medium containing bacterial cellulose film, and culturing; (ii) immobilizing immobilized white rot fungal membrane by placing into a liquid nutrient limitation medium; and (iii) removing the degraded graphene film from the thermostatic shaking incubator, peeling out mycelium adsorbed outside graphene oxide using tweezers, placing peeled hyphae into dilute hydrochloric acid, heating to dissolve, centrifuging, washing to obtain pure porous graphene suspension; and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing porous graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmental-friendly (claimed), carried out under mild reaction conditions, and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing porous graphene, comprises (i) inoculating the spore suspension of white rot fungi into a seed culture medium containing bacterial cellulose film, and culturing in a constant temperature shaking incubator, to obtain an immobilized white rot fungal membrane; (ii) immobilizing immobilized white rot fungal membrane by placing into a liquid nutrient limitation medium, replacing in the constant temperature oscillation incubator for 1-3 days, reacting for 5-24 hours by adding graphene oxide suspension, allowing the adsorption of graphene on the surface of immobilized white rot fungus membrane, carrying out biological oxidation and degradation, to obtain degraded graphene film; and (iii) removing the degraded graphene film from the thermostatic shaking incubator, peeling out mycelium adsorbed outside graphene oxide using tweezers, placing peeled hyphae into dilute hydrochloric acid, heating to dissolve, centrifuging, washing to obtain pure porous graphene suspension; and drying to obtain the final product.
