NOVELTY - Paper-based air filter material comprises 100 pts. wt. fiber, 5-20 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-3 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. retention agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. reinforcing agent and 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. dispersing agent. USE - Used as paper-based air filter material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high filtering precision, excellent ventilation property, toughness, high strength and high quality; is environmentally friendly and degradable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing paper-based air filter material comprising (i) mixing powder and water, dispersing, adding graphene, stirring, and then ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion, (ii) mixing fiber and water, dispersed in disintegrator, adding thickening agent, and stirring until to mix to obtain stable fiber suspension, (iii) dividing prepared blend of cellulose fiber suspension and graphene into certain proportion, adding dispersing liquid into prepared cellulose fiber suspension, stirring until to uniform, then adding retention agent, and stirring to fully load the graphene onto the surface or interior of fiber, and (iv) dehydrating and forming blending solution of graphene and cellulose fiber, adding reinforcing agent, stirring to a concentration of 0.01-0.2%, then dehydrating under vacuum condition, pressing, and drying to obtain paper-based air filter material.
