▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Provided is a method of manufacturing an LED light bulb with graphene filament, which includes the steps of: (A) providing a flexible substrate, wherein the flexible substrate is a flexible printed circuit board (PCB); (B) coating a graphene heat-dissipation ink on the back of the flexible substrate; (C) cutting the printed circuit board (PCB), wherein the printed circuit board (PCB) is coated with a graphene heat-dissipation film for forming a plurality of graphene filaments; and (D) fixing the plurality of graphene filaments in a light bulb. The flexible substrate is provided with copper wires on two sides thereof for electronic circuit and heat conduction, and a plurality of LED chips are installed on a front side of the flexible substrate. Before or after an LED chip/phosphor is formed, a rear side of the flexible substrate is coated with the graphene heat-dissipation ink, which is then dried. In addition, the graphene filaments are fixed to a curve or arc location.
